"Introduce your students to the world of STEM with this fascinating week of activities centred around one of the UK's leading STEM teaching facilities here on the Isle of Wight. Visit local attractions and see STEM in practice in real world environments then return to the lab and perform some hands-on experiments. There will be opportunities to talk to STEM careers advisors and ambassadors from local technology, electronics and aerospace employers."
This week is designed to foster interest in STEM subjects and is ideal for KS2 students transitioning to high school, or KS3 students soon to decide on GCSE options and career choices. The activities are carefully chosen to appeal to girls as well as boys.
Our tours are suitable for all age groups, but the subject matter and venues highlighted here are best suited to the following:

Or design a new invention in the CAD lab and see it brought to fruition on a CNC milling machine or full colour 3D printer. The possibilities are endless, and we'll talk to you in advance to determine the choice of activities that will best suit your group.
