Most school groups will opt to spend the whole day at Blackgang Chine as there is so much to do, making it an excellent value for money choice.
It is mostly an outdoors attraction though, so you should go prepared for the weather forecasted on the day.

As well as the more sedate activities, Blackgang is host to a number of exciting rides including Extinction - a 360-degree cliff-edge swing that carries you 18m high for heart-pounding thrills, and Evolution - a classic drop tower above the Jurassic Coast. Waterforce is a popular cliffside water slide with open chutes and dark tunnels.
Restricted Area 5
Restricted Area 5 offers a thrilling, immersive environment where students can come face-to-face with life-sized, moving dinosaurs, providing a powerful spark for creative writing and historical enquiry. It is still managed by the Dabell family today.
