Celebrating the First Six Winners of Our 2025-26 Customer Excellence Awards

We are officially halfway through announcing the winners of our 2025-26 Customer Excellence Awards! As our award trophy enjoys a well-deserved day out at the seaside (check out the photo above!), we wanted to take a quick pause to celebrate the fantastic partners who have taken the spotlight so far.

Delivering brilliant school trips relies on outstanding transport, accommodation, and activities, and these first six daily winners represent the very best of what we offer.

Here is a recap of our first six awardees:

• ACME Coaches (Transport): Providing truly dependable transport solutions. Based in Essex, their knowledgeable and experienced drivers operate a versatile fleet, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles, to ensure every journey goes smoothly.
• Goodleaf Tree Climbing (Sports): The ultimate canopy adventure! Students reach new heights as they master rope techniques, learn about woodland ecology, and take in breathtaking views of the Solent from the branches of an ancient oak tree.
• Isle of Wight Aqua Park (Sports): Splashing good fun! Youngsters can dive into the excitement, conquer giant inflatables, and develop vital teamwork skills through exhilarating water-based challenges.
• iSurf Watersports (Adventure): Helping students master the waves in Sandown. iSurf offers top-tier, expert tuition in both surfing and paddleboarding for an unforgettable coastal adventure.
• Milton Abbey School Boarding (Accommodation): Stunning historic accommodation set right in the heart of Dorset's Delcombe Valley. It provides a beautiful base with easy coach access to the south coast beaches and local attractions.
• Needles Pleasure Cruises (Adventure): Offering a front-row seat to adventure. These unforgettable boat trips around the Island’s most iconic landmark come complete with expert commentary on coastal erosion, maritime history, and the spectacular Alum Bay cliffs.
