On arrival you will usually be met by one of the education team. If this does not happen, an adult should go into the ticket office / gift shop and announce themselves.
Follow staff directions.
When attending your House Visit, you will be asked to arrive together but split into groups of 15 students (with 1 or 2 teachers) to begin the tour. Each small group will be staggered at 5 minute intervals.
There are plenty of picnic spaces but please do not use tables provided for cafe customers
Yes. Ice creams on the beach should be pre-ordered at least the day before, directly with Osborne. These need to be paid in one transaction - card payment acceptable.
There are toilets in the gift shop, and you will be advised of the locations of others throughout the estate
