On arrival, assemble the group carefully as you will be in a live car park. Do not crowd the narrow entrance - instead send an adult to check in and take further instruction from site staff. You will need your 'permit' or 'visit' number shown above.
There is a small cafe at the castle.
Toilets are located in a block inside the main castle courtyard.
