Students are asked to read two short descriptions of specific donkeys. They then answer a set of questions focusing on spelling, meaning and then vocabulary.

Contextual Summary

This resource can be used in the classroom prior to the visit or post- visit. It is a reading comprehension task that engages students with their visit to the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary. The resource tasks enable them to practise their reading, writing and spelling skills. Students are asked to read two short descriptions of specific donkeys.
